Launched in 2021, the NACUBO Student Success Hub is a multi-year initiative designed to help institutions align financial strategies with equitable student outcomes.
NACUBO began this work by forming a Networked Improvement Community (NIC) of 26 chief business officers (CBOs) from diverse institutions committed to serving historically marginalized student populations. Insights from the NIC informed a practical model of practice that positions CBOs as key partners in improving student success.
The Hub features customizable toolkits, planning prompts, and strategic frameworks to support cross-functional collaboration, resource alignment, and data-informed decision-making. As of 2025, it continues to expand, helping institutions embed student success into their financial strategy, culture, and operations.
